Day 1268: A Box of Crayons

While trying frantically to come up with a blog post for today, the thought of my go-to post came up once again: color palettes. I started these back in 2014 after being inspired by paper or something like that, and then decided to continue the series last year when pictures showed up in my TimeHop. Since my laptop completely crashed last year, leaving me without any of the files from the first two and a half years of Everyday Disney, including the color palettes, I thought it might be time to bring the idea back out with some newer pictures!

I've had a lot of Magic Kingdom and Epcot in the past, so this time I tried to do more of Hollywood Studios, with a couple of notable additions from a Disney Resort and Disneyland!

To check out where this rather simple bit of Disney started, read the original post HERE, and then read the follow up HERE! Both feature several very colorful pictures from Walt Disney World, and now that there's three posts like this, I'm certain that they'll continue. Maybe it'll be a yearly thing from now on? I mean, after all, the Disney Parks certainly seem to feature more colors than the world's largest box of crayons!

Have a magical day!

Day 1095: One...Two...Three...

Three years.

I can't even begin to express how amazing and wonderful it feels to have the knowledge that I've been doing this for three whole years. I mean, just think about what kind of time that means. Since I started Everyday Disney I've graduated High School, moved to college, had plenty of ups and downs and late nights, played a lot of saxophone, went on more Disney trips than I ever thought I might in a three year period, and did a bunch of other stuff I can't even remember now because I'm too tired to do so. But, in a nutshell, just look at a few of the things that 2015 brought me:

To top it all off and ring in the new year, I skipped the ball drop in Times Square tonight for something that felt a little more like...me: a live stream of the countdown at Walt Disney World, which I took probably as many pictures of as I do when I attend any fireworks show live.

And, of course, before we say goodbye to 2015 as a whole, we have to go back and complete the last month of the Everyday Disney Challenge:

Thank you all for another wonderful year of Everyday Disney, and I'll see you all in 2016!

Have a magical day!

Day 1064: One Month To Go

You know, now that we're almost to the end of the #EverydayDisneyChallenge on Instagram, I kind of feel like I'm going to miss it. After all, it's really kept my Instagram active and such. But at the same time, it'll be nice to post whatever I want whenever I want. Either way, this was another wild month for the challenge, with pictures from both Walt Disney World AND Disneyland, and oddly enough, several of them came from the Video Camera footage rather than one of the digital cameras!

December will bring us a whole new challenge though: holidays. I wanted to make sure we represented all of the holidays, but because I've only been there during the Christmas Season (and one Fourth of July), things got interesting trying to find pictures for them all!

Have a magical day!
